When placing an order it’s important to remember that our site is NOT operated as a shopping cart. Therefore you should NOT send credit card information to us via email. At the time you call and place your order we will take the appropriate payment information, the old fashion way, verbally.

Shipping Information & Rates
We offer shipping outside of California, but we do not ship to countries outside of the United States. Shipping times will vary. In most cases items will be shipped in 1 to 10 business days. However, every item is not always in stock. Items in stock will generally ship the next day.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item within 10 days of receipt (as indicated by signed shipping receipt) for a refund of the purchase price. Items returned must be in new condition in the original packaging without tags removed. Returns will not be accepted after the 10 day limit. Items that have been used, abused or damaged will not be accepted.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returns are not accepted for Clearance, Closeout and Custom Order items.
Saddles may be returned or exchanged within 3 business days of receipt. The saddle must be in new condition and free of any signs of use.
